The player and his/her legal guardians hereby waive any legal action against the TENNIS ACADEMY MALLORCA, its collaborators, employees, coaches and trainers for any loss, damage or injury (including death) to the player and to his/her family as a result of participating in the program, sports activities (involving risk and consequent possibility of injury) and educational and/or social activities and using the Academy’s facilities, as well as any loss, damage or injury caused by their mere presence at the Academy or their involvement in activities organized by the Academy on or off the premises, even though caused by a third party or by other players.

The player and his/her legal guardians are aware that the sports and social activities at TENNIS ACADEMY MALLORCA may involve travel outside the Academy and that any outing involves certain risks (due to negligence or otherwise). They hereby accept such risks and release the Academy, its collaborators, employees, coaches and trainers, and the other players, from any liability in connection therewith.

The player and his/her legal guardians give their agreement and permission for the player to be photographed, interviewed and videoed inside or outside the Academy while taking part in the day-to-day activities. They also give their agreement and permission for the Academy and its collaborators to use any such images as and when they consider it appropriate, free of charge and without the need to seek further permission.

Under the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13th December on the protection of personal data (Data Protection Act), Ali Yenilmez Tennis Academy Mallorca, informs you that the data obtained from this application form or contract, will be included in and be treated as a mixed card index called CUSTOMERS, registered under the Data Protection Act by Ali Yenilmez Tennis Academy Mallorca, with NIF B07995855, residing at calle Joaquine Blume s/n 07160 Paguera, Mallorca, with the aim of providing the services requested and to keep you informed of the issues related to company activity and services.
